Integrative Healing

I am a bodyworker and intuitive healer. I work on multiple levels, within the body and others aspects of your being.  I strive to bring the consciousness of Love into the world by creating a space for you to recognize and open more deeply into that which you are: integrated Body, Mind, Soul, Spirit.


Transformation

I bridge the gap between consciousness and form, the unmanifest and manifest. What many traditions consider the energy body is that part of our self that is unmanifested, yet closest to coming to be. Experience, emotions and thought leave traces in the energetic body where they may impact one’s perspective of reality and eventually the physical body. By holding a loving space for transformation to happen, I help you move through blockages and into the centered, loving aspect that you are.


Releasing the Old

I guide you to see and release old belief systems, patterns and programs that are no longer serving you. When addressing the physical manifestation of dis-ease, I feel the innate rhythm of the body, I see or lay hands where there is restriction and allow the body to guide me in its release.

On a Personal Note

I am the mother of a 15-year-old son, and am passionate about Waldorf education and holding a safe loving context that allows a child to come fully into the world. I am married to spiritual teacher, Anandamali. My interests include: French language and culture, Satsang, spirituality, meditation, traveling, crafting with natural fibers, knitting, Waldorf education, home schooling, Anthroposophy, kirtan and yoga.
